With a team of Business Developers and Partner Managers, I deepen the relationship between Microsoft and adesso. Our goal is to enhance Microsofts solutions through our relevant vertical expertise and help customers in their cloud-journey, end to end. This far, adesso has built a reputation regarding cloud modernization with deep industry expertise. Personally, I want to act as a translation layer between adesso and Microsoft and help building the expert communities (GenAI, Cloud Native Applications) within the group.

Microsoft Germany – Partner Manager
As a member of Microsofts Global Partner Solutions team, I planned and executed the community strategy for Microsofts Azure partners. The key tasks involved developing the partner ecosystem, engaging with the developer community and growing the business in capacity and quality.
Staffbase – Business Development Manager
Working with Staffbases Product Organization, I defined the goals and layout for their Product Partner Program. The primary goal was co-delivering our products and services with a broad portfolio of vendors including SAP, ADP and Microsoft.
I worked with multiple teams and global service partners to extend Staffbases product capabilities and develop new business areas.
